Real Good Return Policy

Thanks so much for buying from We want you to have a Real Good experience, and that means ensuring you are satisfied with every purchase you make from us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for for a refund or store credit (depending on circumstances.) Keep reading for the particulars.


All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received the product as demonstrated by package tracking codes. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition when it arrives to us (make sure to pack it with care), with all original tags and labels attached and the safety seal intact.

We also want to make sure you're satisfied even if you've used a little. If you find yourself in this situation, we'll work together to figure out how to handle it. Go ahead and request a return as described below.


To return an item, just log in to your account. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. We'll send you an email with instructions on what to do next, like where to send it and what to include in the package.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your request. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Don't worry, we will notify you by email when your return has been processed so you know where things stand.

For any opened or slightly used product we choose to take back, we will offer store credit in lieu of a refund.


We hate to include this part, but sometimes there may be cases where we just can't support repeated refund requests. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that our return or refund policy is being abused by any customer, we reserve the right to offer partial refunds, offer store credit instead of a refund, or refuse the return altogether.

We want you to feel comfortable making a purchase from us. If you request repeated returns or exchanges, we may not be a Real Good fit for each other. If we determine that's the case, we will do everything we can (within reason) to make sure you're satisfied, and, at our discretion, block the shipping address from being able to place future orders.

  • Refunds and store credit will be processed at the lesser of the current sale price of the item or the original amount paid
  • Because we want you to have a Real Good experience, we may inquire about your reason for requesting the return. It's not to be nosey. It's so we can be better.
